Our People

Sulaiman & Co. has had four presidents since Nazhet Mohamde Al Jawer founded the company in 1954. They include:

  Abdul Malek Al Shumary, 1958 - 1961
  Hadi Al Timimi, 1961 - 1982
  Abdul Mohamen Sulaiman, 1982 - 1984
  Saad A.M. Sulaiman, 1984 - present

The current president, Saad A.M. Sulaiman, CPA, is the son of former company president Abdul Mohamen Sulaiman. Mr. Sulaiman received his bachelor's degree in in business administration and accountancy from Baghdad's Al-Mustansiriya University, and earned a master's degree and PhD in accounting from the John Hever Academy in the United Kingdom. Mr. Sulaiman is an associate in the Arab Society of Certified Accountants, a member at Fellow rank of the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, and a lifetime member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants (International).
